Cookie policy
What cookies and local storage no-do.dev uses, for what purpose, and how to manage your consent.
Last updated: September 20, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage) are small data files a website stores on your device. Under Article 22(2) of the Spanish LSSI-CE, we only install those that are not strictly necessary with your prior consent.
2. Our principle: nothing non-essential before consent
no-do.dev does not install analytics cookies or load third-party scripts until you accept them in the notice shown at the bottom of the page on your first visit. If you reject or don't answer, Google Analytics is not loaded and no third-party cookie is set. We use no advertising or retargeting cookies, and we don't sell data.
3. What we use exactly
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|---|
no-do-analytics | localStorage (essential) | Remember your analytics choice (accept/reject) | Persistent until you clear it | First party |
no-do-lang-dismiss-* | localStorage (essential) | Remember that you dismissed the suggested-language banner | Persistent until you clear it | First party |
_ga, _ga_* | Analytics cookie | Aggregate measurement of visits and usage (only if you accept) | Up to 2 years | Google Analytics (GA4) |
The localStorage flags are strictly necessary to remember your own preferences and are never sent to any server. Google Analytics cookies are only set if you give consent.
4. Third parties and international transfers
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC) is used. This may involve transferring data to the United States; Google relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses as safeguards. More in the Privacy policy.
5. How to manage or withdraw your consent
You can change your analytics choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…); note that clearing local storage will make the consent and language notices appear again.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the cookies or services we use change. The last-updated date is shown above.
